Standard Shipping (A$12.95):

• Shipped via DHL or FedEx
• Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping:

• Available on orders over A$50
• Shipped via EMS
• Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on postal services and customs processing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Shop BoldBrief. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Panties (for hygiene reasons)
• Shapewear with removed protective hygiene strips

Exceptions are made only if these items arrive defective or damaged.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• International returns may be subject to customs fees, which are non-refundable

Return Process:
