We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) to bring our collection directly to your doorstep.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Shop BoldBrief. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate items:

  • Panties
  • Shapewear (once the protective hygiene strip has been removed)

We make exceptions only if these items arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect these items immediately upon arrival.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions for your return.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the unused, tagged items in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
